Parents, we designed a multi-loop, spectator-friendly course. You’re welcome to cheer from anywhere, but please do not cross the barrier tape which marks the course. And feel free to borrow one of our 50 cow bells and head down to “Cow Bell Corner” to cheer – the kids love it!

PARKING: Parking is available at the Meeting Hall. Additional parking is available on neighborhood streets. Rancho Santa Fe is a busy road - use extreme caution and only cross at the pedestrian crosswalk/stop sign.

REGISTRATION: Please visit our Registration page. A parent’s signature is required for each participant. Waivers are available when you pick up your child’s bib number or bring one with you here.  Online registration will close at 10PM, Friday, September 16th.  This is a USA Track & Field sanctioned and insured event.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: The course is a fully-chuted 500 meter loop. All races are run entirely on the Meeting House grounds. The terrain is slightly hilly with a combination of wood chips and hard-packed dirt. There is no pavement or concrete. Regular sneakers are recommended. The course is shaped like the letter “C”, so family members will have several opportunities to see their kids running. Please do not cross the barrier tape at any time.

AWARDS: Awards are announced immediately following each race (before the next race begins). The top 10 finishers from each race will win the commemorative race t-shirt. The only way to get this exclusive shirt is to finish in the top-10 of your race! Top 5 finishers will win medals. First place and randomly selected Adult Fun Run runners will win bottles of Monte de Oro wine.

RESULTS: Results will be posted near the community circle approximately 10 minutes after each race and available on-line within 48 hours.

CHALLENGE CUP: The best 7 finishers from the same elementary school - from across all 10 races - will have their places added together to determine their team score for the school versus school competition. The more kids from your school that run, the better chance your school has of scoring well. The Challenge Cup is only for pre-registered runners (day-of-race entrants are not scored). Challenge Cup results will be announced immediately after the final race.

FACILITIES: Porta-potties will be available. Trained medical services are not provided (call 9-1-1).
